The hotel had a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the train station, making it super easy for traveling to Cologne and nearby shopping. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good and gave me a great start to my day. However, I felt that the service could be improved as it wasn't as attentive as I hoped during my stay.
